In winter, when there is sufficient snow, you can even ski almost right up to the front door. The valley descent of the Hochzillertal ski area ends just a few meters from our house. The ski bus stop is only 200 meters away on foot. In Aschau, you will also find a supermarket, butcher shop, restaurants, and much more.
